Toronto Professional Testing Center (TPTC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin College School. We hold licenses and contractual agreements with major testing companies/institutions to facilitate a range of professional and English Proficiency exams throughout the year in multiple locations within Toronto, Canada, and in Beijing, China.
Our test management team includes community college professor, ESL/EFL instructors and IT education specialists. Together we accumulate years of experience in the realm of training, assessment, administration and technical support and are well respected in the testing community.
